We at Ethereal Confections are passionate about creating unique, exquisite flavors using the freshest, highest quality ingredients available.


We source our premium ingredients from organic as well as local suppliers, whenever possible, and hand craft our artisanal products in small batches.

We only use organic, dark chocolate which is at least 66% cocoa in order to reduce the amount of sugar and preserve the antioxidant properties in true dark chocolate.

The best chocolate is pure and fresh. For that reason, we do not use preservatives in any of our confections, which would alter the flavor, health benefits and texture of the chocolate.
