This page was inspired by a visitor and his recipe. Rod from Dallas, Texas. He contacted me about an interesting recipe he was developing.

I was intrigued. I had to know whether his combination of flavors would work.

Sounded good on paper, but how would it taste? So I taste tested.

Wow! His recipe, Black Cherry Tessellas, is perfect for true dark chocoholics.

No sugar added, so it's a real kick in the buds. A cherry and cocoa flavor explosion!
